A: There are 8 types of professional lock plates corresponding to different box structures. Please provide a photo of the installation surface or consult us for compatible lock plates.  

Q: How do I treat scratches on the surface of the stainless steel model?  

A: Minor scratches can be repaired with stainless steel polishing paste. For deep scratches, we recommend replacing the panel.

Q: How can I determine if the seal strip has failed?  

A: Conduct a water test; if water stains appear on the inner side of the door frame, the seal strip needs to be replaced.

Q: What should be done if the lock cylinder freezes?  

A: Use a specialized anti-freeze thawing agent for treatment. Do not forcefully twist or use open flame heating.  

Q: Are there any restrictions on the installation direction?  

A: The standard model is suitable for vertical installation. For horizontal installation, prior consultation is required.  

Q: How should dust inside the lock body be cleaned?  

A: Use compressed air to blow it out. For severe dust accumulation, disassemble and clean with industrial alcohol.
