Material Types

The organic observation frame is made of polystyrene with excellent light transmission, which is suitable for basic observation needs; the PC observation frame is made of high-strength polycarbonate (PC), which is resistant to impact and high temperature; and the observation window for high-voltage cabinets is made of ABS with stable performance, which ensures safe use in high-voltage environments.

Color Options

Both the organic and PC viewing windows are fully transparent, and the outer frame of the high-pressure cabinet viewing window is black.

Q: What is the main function of the meter viewing panel of the high-voltage cabinet?

A: It is used to safely observe the operation status of the equipment inside the high-voltage cabinet (e.g. circuit breaker opening and closing position), and at the same time to ensure that the operator is isolated from the electrically charged parts.

Q: How high voltage level can the meter viewing panel withstand?

A: Standard products withstand voltage levels of 10-35kV, special design can meet the needs of higher voltage (need to provide specific advice).

Q: Do I need to replace the meter viewing panel immediately if it is cracked?

A: It must be taken out of service and replaced immediately. Any visible cracks will reduce insulation and explosion safety.

Q：What do I need to pay attention to when installing?

A:Make sure that the sealing strip is intact, the torque of the fastening bolts is in accordance with the standard, and the pressure resistance test is required after installation.

Q:How can I tell that the meter viewing panel needs to be replaced?

A:When there are obvious scratches/yellowing/loss of light transmission >30%, aging and cracking of sealing strips, or regular testing of insulation performance is not up to standard.
