Yitailock recently held a two-day training session for managers to improve the company's efficiency and the managers' skills. The program centered on process-driven management for foreign trade operations. The program encompassed areas such as customer reception, order processing, shipping, after-sales service, and extended client support. The training's objective was to provide the management team with a comprehensive understanding of standardized procedures and to enhance coordination between departments.

The training covered the entire customer interaction workflow, including initial contact, negotiations, order fulfillment, and after-sales follow-up. Participants explored the systematic organization of marketing materials, internal training resources, and customer information management.
