Customer Cabinet Hardware Order Packed and Ready for Shipment

After production and quality inspection, an order of cabinet hardware from a German client has been fully packed and is ready for shipment. The order includes various electrical cabinet locks and hinges, which the client will use in their power equipment and cabinet projects. Yitailock collaborated closely with the customer to ensure every detail met their requirements.

Before they were packed away, all the products were checked one last time. This included checking the surface finish and how many accessories were included. The team checked each item closely to make sure it was in good condition and looked the same. This helps to reduce potential problems during installation at the customer's location.

For packaging, we used a multi-layer approach: individual inner packaging, small cartons, large cartons, and a green woven bag for waterproofing. This method protects items from scratches or deformation during transit and prevents moisture exposure during sea transport. Each outer carton is clearly labeled with the product type and quantity, which makes it easy for customers to check shipments and simplifies subsequent storage and assembly.

Throughout the preparation process, we maintained close communication with the customer to confirm the packaging and logistics details. We sent the customer detailed videos of the packed goods before shipping to ensure everything was in order and the delivery went smoothly.
