Two orders out this week — one to a client in Thailand, another to the Middle East. Yitailock has been keeping busy on the packing and shipping side, and it's always a good feeling to see goods confirmed and on their way. Different products, different markets, but the same process: orders confirmed, goods inspected, packed, and on their way.
The Thailand shipment covers a batch of stainless steel cabinet locks alongside 201 stainless steel black handle locks. The matte black finish on 201 stainless steel is a combination that's been growing in demand — it gives the hardware a clean appearance while still offering solid corrosion resistance for indoor and semi-exposed installations. For clients in Southeast Asia where humidity is a consistent factor, stainless steel tends to be the more practical long-term choice over zinc alloy, and the black handle finish suits the aesthetic of a lot of the equipment being built in that market right now.
The Middle East order covers electrical cabinet accessories alongside both zinc alloy and stainless steel DIN cylinder locks. Having both material options in the same order makes sense for clients fitting out mixed environments — zinc alloy where conditions are stable and cost matters, stainless steel where the installation is exposed to heat, dust, or outdoor conditions. Outdoor and high-temperature environments are common across the region, and getting the material specification right from the start saves a lot of headaches down the line.
Neither of these is a first order, and that's worth saying something about. Repeat business in industrial hardware usually means the product landed well the first time — the specs were right, the quality held up, and the experience was smooth enough to come back. That's not something we take for granted, and we're glad to keep earning it.
