The CL225 welded hinge is a spring loaded concealed hinge for electrical boxes and cabinets, with a flat plate structure for concealed installation of the door. The spring loaded pin mechanism ensures smooth opening and closing of the door and precise positioning.

Material and Color:

This series of hinges are available in galvanized iron, 201 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel. The iron version is galvanized to achieve basic rust prevention and is silver in color. 201 stainless steel is sufficiently corrosion-resistant in regular environments and is available in primary color; 304 stainless steel in primary color offers optimal oxidation and corrosion resistance.

Installation and Maintenance:

Installation requires arc welding or tig welding fixing, local polishing is recommended after welding. Routine maintenance only need to check the pin spring tension every year, stainless steel version of the salt spray environment needs to be flushed with fresh water every six months. The hinges need to be replaced when there is a significant increase in resistance to opening and closing the door.
